Getting ready to buy a 2001 rc51 with 6k on it. And ive looking through this forum for a few days now. Ill get some pics when i get it.

yeah im defiantely pumped up, im moving from a 2001 r1 and i just loved the low end grunt and sound of that v twin

I came from a 2001 R1 Champions Edition and trust me its a big difference but the 51 is a great bike and your gonna love it.

I just switched over from an 06 zx14 and a 04 cbr1000 before that and by what I can see the 51 is by far my favorite! The 14 didnt handle very well and was mushy and the cbr handled great also but I really like the low end grunt the 51 provides!

I had a 2001 r1 too with a jet kit and full exhaust sounded great but lost all low end. thanks everyone
