Before I attempt to make one myself, (arts and crafts!) I thought I would ask if anyone has made a drill jig for the sprocket cover bolts? My SP1 has an extensive weld repair on the engine case for the sprocket cover. It's actually not a bad job with two exceptions. Three of the bolt holes have no recess for dowel pins and more importantly, the top bolt hole is 3mm off. I discovered this when I removed the sprocket cover bolts and a small part of the lower cover fell off as I removed the cover, being hold on only with goops of chain lube.

I'm converting it to cable clutch so I would like to have all four bolts on the correct position and at least one more dowel pin. The Varadero sprocket cover only uses two.

there should be a steel plate that sits between the sprocket cover and the case, you can use that as a template i'd think.
