look up the part # on one of many sites for both the sp1 & 2 and you'll have your answer. Eg powersportsplus

If you mean the swingarm's axle then no it is not.
SP1 --> 25mm O.D. (52101-MCF-000)
SP2 --> 22mm O.D. (52101-MCF-D30)

If you mean the rear wheel's axle then no it is not even though both are 25mm O.D. but I thing SP2's is longer (I have to verify that tomorrow)
SP1 --> 42301-MCF-000
SP2 --> 42301-MCF-D30

As i did the swap from SP1 to SP2 swinger I know......

Sp2 spindle ( frame though Swing arm ) is not the same.....as SP1 Must have Parts specific to your bike.
Same for the axle....but the SP1 wheels and SP2 wheels work with either. If you have the proper spacers which are specific as well.
