Tested the new Sargent seat on trip to Smokey Mtns. 1200 miles in 3 days. Did not get a sore butt! Back and shoulders different story. LOL! Need new tires too.

Just got back from a week up in Marion NC.
Too bad I didn't have the bike. :(

Just the drive off the main road to my buddies cabin would be fun all day long.
But the road around Lake James would be a log of fun.

When we drove around the lake, I was imagining what it would be like on the bike.
Many areas of the roads are very challenging, and will suck you right into harms way if you're not alert.
Just when you think you can open the bike up, it will hit you with an off-camber downhill, followed by a hook to the right or such.

It would be tons of fun, but I'd have to slowly ride the road a few times to get the rhythm of it all.

She might be an old girl, but she wears her age well.
Doesn't seem as dated as other bikes from that era.
The elegance is in the simplicity. Like a battleship, function over form.
