Turn signal switch should easily cancel when pushed in, but doesn't always. Feels gummed up inside. Is there a remedy for this beside replacement? WD40? White grease?

One solution you will see quite often on a lot of electrical issues on this forum is to buy a tube of die electric grease.

Take a cotton swab an apply to any electrical connections you work with. I made it a habit when I pull plastics etc.....undo an electrical connection, hit it with some cleaner and apply die electric grease.

This is just a safe bit of prevention.

lmfao............ Thats Hilarious.

Madbuyer is right mate, clean up those contacts and check the springs inside. more than likely its clogged or worn. I'd pull it apart slowly and carefully so nothing explodes and take a look. (Note, there may be no springs in there I've not checked but one of my old bikes did...)

Also my high beam has started to stay on even when the switch is off... This too will be a worn and or sticking contact. I'll have to pull it apart, clean and if necessary fix. Good luck.
