Hey guys wondering if someone can help me out?

I lost the bolt that connects the rear brake pedal to the rear master cylinder.

Installed a bolt but it binds the two pieces, fiddled with the bolt freed up the binding but now it has way too much slop between the pedal attachment point and the actual hole where the bolt goes through.

I was hoping someone could post up pics of the proper bolt with a measurements of the the length of the shank. Is there a portion of the bolt that has no thread? Is there a bushing or washers missing?

All pics and measurements will be really appreciated...The circled portion is what I am trying to explain.

Thanks in advance.

Why not talk with Tyga USA about it, Brett from Turn One down under is the guy that 1st informed me of them and put me in contact with the owner quite some time ago about some good Carbon stuff.
I am sure they will help you out or even send you the right part you need, they seemed like a decent company that would care about going the extra mile in a case like this when I dealt with them , worth a shot anyway Nobody.

Thanks Duck...I have sent the appropriate pm's but to be honest it's a simple fix if I can just see what's missing.

Very mechanically inclined, just hard to fix when you don't have the proper part(s).

I do have another solution but I would rather just fix with the correct parts or try first.

I know what you mean, I am the exact same way, would rather fix it myself and save the coin LOL, I am a cheap bastard...hehehe :)
I had a similar problem with the stock rear set for my RC awhile ago, I myself too lost the little pivot bolt for the rear brake pedal where it connects to the master cyl, I ended up fabricating my own and using a cotter pin type setup.

Come on guys no one has a Tyga setup? I'm just asking you remove the bolt take a measurement of the shank and whatever bushings or washers and post it.

I was sorta hoping justanadamexican would chime in since his was the last post about any Tygas...Bueller, Bueller?

Hope this is right....
It's about 1/8" x 1/2" with a number 4 Allen head key

I used pipe thread tape to secure it from loosening, also didn't notice a washer either. If you have loctite use it on all the bolts in the area...

Ok sounds good, just one more question "just" is there a portion of the bolt that has no thread? If so how much do you figure? Just approximately, I can't tell by your pic.

Thanks again kind sir!
