Hi Guys,

Long story short, I've just chucked it down the road.

Low speed, no injury, just cosmetic to the bike.

Right side crash bung sheared off at mount after taking most of the damage and snapped the fairing hole as it came out, but it's left the front fairing, mirror, brake lever, bar end, rear brake pedal and exhaust taking scrapes.

Luckily, had the stock cans on while I'd sent the Akras away for re-sleeving.

Question is, do I replace with standards or after markets? Ive never really modded before, just taken the bike and enjoyed what was on it, but I'm defo keeping this one and dont mind spending on it, just got no experience.
Anyone got words to say on after market rearsets or levers, or have original rear break pedal and levers for sale?

I'm in the UK by the way.

Cheers,

Pete

Ben at rc51parts.com has replacement parts and ships international.

You could go after market but keep in mind that the foot pegs are solid mounted and dont fold up like the oem's and run about 500 a set. as far as levers, I love my short adjustable ones from CRG but their are so many to choose from. Good luck and glad to hear that your Ok. Cheers
