OP - Careful of this one ^ - An unvetted new user to the msg board (a common MO for scammers who only post in the classifieds on msg boards).

Maybe the new guy will post a pic of their fuel tank w/ their username/date and the phrase "I love RC51forums.com" (LOL) written on a piece of paper to help alleviate any concerns...
