The 2nd one listed above looks possibly nice. One of the last made. With UK crud, salt, grit, etc. don't forget to to check for corrosion (especially on the front pipe - possibly get the panels off to take a good look underneath before buying!). Also as it has an after market undertail there's a good chance the original tabs for mounting relays are AWOL. Check this before making a decision.
Fairly easy bikes to repair if they've been down - but if so then check the rear subframe, as they usually bend & crack. Easy enough to take off the rear cowl to check, usually...
Look for smoke on strartup, but if genuinely low mileage - should be fine.
At around 12,000 miles you're not far off needing to check & reset valve clearances on the engine too.
Other things to check are the usual items for used bikes (Signs of accident repairs, poor maintenance, corrosion, etc). Keep us posted on your search & some people should be able to chime in with useful help & advice. Lots of experienced owners here.
